Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on September 27, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on September 27, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on September 20, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Resolution authorizing the transfer of Lincoln County bank accounts held at Great Western Bank
  • Resolution authorizing Alex Gurciullo as an authorized signer on Lincoln County Treasurer bank accounts for all financial institutions
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Red Fern Electric LLC
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Western Irrigation & Rodney Anderson

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on September 20, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the 2021 Annual Report

submitted by Lincoln County Department of Roads

 

Discuss and consider Resolution authorizing the Chairman to sign the 2021 County Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the NE Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards

 

  1. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to receive bids on the Sarben

Guardrail Project

 

  1. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to receive bids on motor grader             blades
