Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on April 12, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 12, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held April 5, 2021

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • Appointment of an individual to participate on the CWPP steering committee
  • Receive and order fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds, County Sheriff and County Clerk
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way permit submitted by Mid States Power LLC
  • Authorizing the Chairman to sign the right of way permit submitted by Hershey Cooperative Telephone Co.

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on April 5, 2021

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider an application by George and Janice Hailey

for Hailey Administrative Subdivision (SU21-001) located at  5502 N Wagon Trail

Rd in a TA-1 Transitional Agricultural District on property described as part of the

N ½ SE ¼ of Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln

County, Nebraska.

 

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider Resolution supporting the right of legal citizens to     keep and bear arms (2nd Amendment Sanctuary)

 

  1. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider Resolution opposing the 30 x 30 program issued in President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Executive Order 14008

 

  1. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids on a used water

truck for Lincoln County Dept. of Roads

 

  1. 10:05 A.M. Discuss and consider a Resolution entering into an interlocal agreement    with Dawson County for the O’Fallon Bridge Replacement Project

 

  1. 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider Lincoln County’s property/casualty/liability

insurance coverage
