  1. I am a lawyer in Brazil. Would like to know is the Court is judging civil cases now or only after reopening. When do you think will occur such reopening ? Are the judges working in cases ? About criminal cases (I think requires jury) what is the perspective of time of judgements ?

    1. We are still hearing cases. We are doing most of them by phone unless it’s a trial and then we are limiting the number of people to 10. Our next Jury term is scheduled in July.
