Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on May 6, 2019 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held April 29, 2019

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on April 29, 2019

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:20 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit by Big Red

Liquor for a bull riding event at North Platte Livestock Auction located at 2200

East 8th Street on May 24 & 25, 2019

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Introduction of County Court Judge Joel Jay

 

  1. 9:35 A.M. Jared Lee of Maranatha Bible Camp to discuss installing a security

gate on Maranatha Road

 

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date to accept bids for Armor Coating

Projects (LCDOR 2019-02)

 

  1. 9:50 A.M. Discuss and consider entering The county of Lincoln, Nebraska, into

a contract with Western Engineering Company, Inc., to perform the Asphalt Concrete

Paving Project for the Lincoln County Department of Roads, titled Project Number

LCDOR 2019-01. A copy of said proposed contract is available at the Lincoln County

Clerk’s Office for public inspection.

 

  1. Discuss and consider approval of two overtime grants for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s

Office
