Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on November 14, 2016 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 14, 2016 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held November 7, 2016

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Renewal of the software agreement with CIC for the Register of Deeds
  • Fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds, Clerk of District Court and

County Treasurer

  • Substitution of securities by First National Bank as pledged to the County Treasurer
  • Substitution of securities by Gothenburg State Bank as pledged to the County Treasurer
  • Hiring Tim Brouillette as co-counsel in Lisa A. Seachord Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on November 7, 2016

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Rustic Tavern of Mullen, NE for a reception to be held at Harbor Lights on December
