Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on July 25, 2016 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on July 25, 2016 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held July 18, 2016

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
  • Receive and order filed the Condition of the Treasury of Lincoln County, NE from

January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016

  • Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of understanding with McChesney Martin Sagehorn for 2016/2017 budget services
  • Right of way permits submitted by Custer Public Power District and Dawson Public Power District
  • Adoption of a resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Garden County
  • Adoption of a resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Chase County
  • Adoption of a resolution to authorize the Chairman to sign an Interlocal Agreement to house inmates at the Lincoln County Detention Center for Deuel County
  • Resolution approving the substitution of securities by the Lincoln County Treasurer pledged by First State Bank – Gothenburg
  • Resolution approving the withdrawal of securities by the Lincoln County Treasurer pledged by Gothenburg State Bank

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Special Valuation Protest submitted by Marsha Hecox

 

Recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor license application submitted by Keane Lohmiller for a reception to be held on August 13, 2016 at 1916 East Walker Road, North Platte, NE

 

  1. 9:40 A.M. Discuss and consider grant application to be submitted to the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

 

  1. 9:50 A.M. Carla O’Dell, Lincoln County Highway Supt., to give South Platte River Project update

 

  1. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor license application submitted by Sculley’s for a reception to be held on August 13, 2016 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds

 

Discuss and consider special designated liquor license application submitted by Sculley’s for a reception to be held on August 20, 2016 at Creekside Event Center

 

Discuss and consider special designated liquor license application submitted by Sculley’s for a reception to be held on August 27, 2016 at Harbor Lights
