Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on May 23, 2016 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

  1. Open with prayer

 

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held May 16, 2016

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipt
  • Contract with Marcia Trego for property valuation protest referee services
  • Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
  • Right of way permit submitted by Consolidated Company, Inc.

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

held on May 16, 2016

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

Discuss and consider adopting a Resolution entering The county of Lincoln into an Interlocal Agreement for Cooperative Public Safety Services with Adams, Buffalo, Chase, Clay, Dawson, Dundy, Franklin, Frontier, Furnas, Gosper, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Hayes, Hitchcock, Kearney, Nuckolls, Phelps, Perkins, Red Willow, and Webster Counties and the Cities and Villages within said Counties for the purpose of establishing, maintaining, and operating a public safety Interoperable Radio System within the jurisdiction of the foregoing named counties and municipalities.

  1. 10:45 A.M. Discuss and consider referring a proposed acquisition to and receive

from the Lincoln County Planning Commission regarding the conformity of the proposed

acquisition comprehensive planning for the area submitted by Ducks Unlimited (Wetlands America Trust Inc.), that is acquiring a conservation easement on real property owned by Fowl Language Ranch, LLC (Shawn Roth), located as per attached Exhibit “A”.

 

  1. Discuss and consider an authorized user agreement with Verizon for the
