NOTICE OF HEARING AND AGENDA

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on April 2, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioner’s Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 2, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioner’s Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on March 26, 2012

 

3.         Consider the following:

v     Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts

v     Right of way permits submitted by Nebraska Link and Dennis Steffes

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

v     Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on March 26, 2012

v     Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

v     Motor vehicle tax exemption applications

v     Tax Exemption on Real and Personal Property Form 451 – Calvary Baptist Church

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.         9:30 A.M.       Introduction of the new CASA Director, Stephanie Miller

 

Discuss and consider request for office space and funding for the CASA program

 

6.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider LPA Program Agreement between Lincoln County, Nebraska and The State of Nebraska Department of Roads for     Project No. RRZ-1390(3), Control No. 61416, Birdwood Grade Separation
7.         10:00 A.M.     Discuss and consider special designated liquor permit submitted by the Golden Spike Tower and Visitor Center for Business After Hours on April 20, 2012
