Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting                      held on September 19, 2011

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • Ø  Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

4.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • Ø  Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on September 19, 2011

  • Ø  Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Ø  Motor vehicle tax exemption applications
  • Ø  Notices of valuation change as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

5.         9:30 A.M.       Discuss and consider approval of annual report for the Lincoln

County Department of Roads to be submitted to the Board of Public Roads,

Classifications and Standards

 

6.         9:40 A.M.       Discuss Memorandum of Understanding with respect to a special

economic development activity involving the County of Lincoln, Nebraska;

Greenbrier Rail Services and West Central Nebraska Development District

 

7.         9:50 A.M.       Closed session for strategy session concerning collective

bargaining with F.O.P. Lodge #26

 

8.         Conduct quarterly jail inspection.
